Refund and Cancellation Policy
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.
In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their products and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
For Cancellations please contact the us via CONTACT US link or directly contact us by calling on number provided on contact us page. You can cancel the product within 2 days (including weekends and public holidays) of placing successful order.
Cancellation Requests received after dispatching the products will not be entertained and you can return the product after receiving it successfully. Return charges will not be covered by Arora IAS.
We will try our best to create the suitable environment for both users and us (Arora IAS).
Still in case you are not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund. All refunds will be initiated and refunded in your account/card within 5-7 working days depending on your bank.
If paid by credit card or debit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit / debit card account provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway payments refund will be made to the same account. If paid by PayTM account, you will receive the refunded amount in your PayTM account or you can optionally opt for bank transfer.
